The "chelating" agent will reduce the binding effect of Zn, Cu & Fe by the soil, so that these nutrients will be available longer in the soil. Thus, SAFA fertilizer can provide micro-nutrients namely Zn, Cu & Fe quickly and sustainably to oil palm plants on peat & sand soils.
